About BMC

Based in eastern Canada with offices in Fredericton, Moncton and Saint John

BMC was founded in 1993 as a strategic alliance between Pauline Bissett, who came with a solid 25-year reputation as an award-winning public relations practitioner, specializing in crisis communications and Duncan Matheson, who arrived with 20 years of award-winning media experience in both private radio and CBC radio and television, in roles ranging from journalist and host to management.

The firm specializes on the strategic end of communications, and enjoys a reputation for quality work in areas ranging from developing communications plans and media relations to crisis communications and corporate media training.

BMC's expanding list of private and public sector clients includes major corporations, small businesses, professional and non profit organizations plus government.

BMC media training has been provided in all three Maritime provinces, Quebec, Ontario, North Carolina, Minnesota and Chicago.

On the crisis communications side, BMC is affiliated with the Kentucky-based Institute for Crisis Management.

BMC provides its services in both English and French.
